I have a sister who has been to hell this last year and isn't really back yet. She has just started writing a blog about her attitude towards life and all the unexpected things it throws at us. I am very glad she is doing this. I believe it will be very therapeutic for her for one thing, and I also think it is great for everyone else to see how much we all have to be grateful for each day. We all have trials and problems, but when we get a glimpse of others' issues we are usually thrilled to have the ones we have... Here is a link to my amazing sister's site. She has some great insight about how to get through the horrible things we experience with dignity and even joy...

I just read her blog... and, where I can't say mine went exactly the way hers has, finding your feet again, and learning to walk is painful. There are so many people that have been through the CRAP and lived to tell about it. Tell her I'm secretly cheering for her... and that "that which does not kill us will make us stronger" is really true.
Thanks for the link. It is always a good reminder to be thankful for the lot you've been given. Your sister is a great writer, I hope she is doing well.
So glad you shared this. I've subscribed so her posts come right to my email. She is really a good writer and it really does make me feel so grateful for my life and the way the Lord blesses us through our trials if we will just pay attention to Him. She is amazing!
