I cut and colored my hair today- okay, my sister-in-law cut my hair today. I actually love it! It is easy to do and that is always great! I really like the lighter highlights too. What is it about getting older that makes your hair go so dark and so dead-looking? (or is it just me). I have needed a change for a while, but just didn't know what to do with it. This is going to be nice for all of our river trips this summer too. I hope it stays fairly curly. I just can't get used to that. I have always had hair that was 'straight as a stick,' according to my mother, so I am not really used to the wave yet.
But I love it so far!
Joni, YOU ROCK!

How do you manage to STILL look like you are in your twenties??? Do you have any idea how much retouching I have to do on MY pictures to make me look halfway decent? If I didnt like you so much, I would tell you that you suck. :) I LOVE your new cut and color, you look GREAT!!!
LOVE IT! So bouncy and fun!
I love love love your hair! Very cute!! although I wish my hair were as "straight as a stick." hehe. Somehow my hair is as naturally curly as a bad 80's perm and I can't manage it or make it look cute... so I straighten it. If my hair looked like yours curly I would do it like that every day! Joni did a great job!
Great style! I love it -- tell Joni that your friend thinks she did a beautiful job on it! :)
One last comment -- if you want to keep it curly, two words: Sprunch Spray.
LOL! I noticed someone else commented on 80s hair, which reminded me of Aussie's Sprunch Spray... I couldn't live without it (BACK THEN). :)
