Our church does a girls camp every summer for girls ages 12-18. I am now on the Girls Camp committee and am really enjoying it. I am an outdoors girl, but haven't actually been to Girls Camp since I was 15 and I am REALLY looking forward to it. We have lots of fun activities planned and I get to go with lots of my friends! Our theme this year is Dr. Seuss's book 'Oh, The Places You'll Go' and each ward is a different Dr. Seuss book. Our stake committee is 'Horton Hatches the Egg.' I am making a huge Horton today to put on our little shack we stay in. Get ready to party like Maisy! ;) just a little 'egg-hatching' humor there for those of you who haven't read the book in a while.... he he.

You will have so much fun! I went one time as a leader and although it's not as easy as going as a girl...it's so rewarding!
