I went to the show last night and I have to say that I have never felt so out of my element. There were 180 paintings submitted and the majority were PROFESSIONAL artists.
Here is my truck. I forgot to get a photo before I framed it, so you get the glass reflection. I am just a bit depressed today and discouraged. I have a LONG way to go...

I love the truck painting. I can imagine feeling out of my element in those surroundings. You are very talented and don't worry about what you "think" you are not. Be proud of yourself for trying something challenging and enjoy the process.
I think it's amazing that you were up to this challenge. I LOVE your truck!
Think of how far you've been...maybe you should pull out some childhood paintings or something to really see how much you've improved. I think you're amazing.
